Susan
Meyer
In addition to personal and executive coaching, I have devoted over 20 years to designing and establishing learning experiences for organizational and individual development in government, not-for-profit, social service, educational, and corporate settings. I create leadership development and reflective mentoring programs. I have also developed team building, leadership, problem solving, cultural diversity, interpersonal communication, conflict management, and performance management programs.
I have a doctorate in Adult Learning and Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, and master's degrees in Educational Psychology and Counseling from New York University. In addition to coaching and consulting, I teach graduate courses in Emotional Intelligence, Staff Development and Training and Organizational Development. I am an IAC Certified Coach and head of the IAC research team.
When I’m not coaching, presenting workshops or teaching, my time is
divided among family and friends, travel, cooking, laughing, theater,
writing, and catering to the whims of a large taffy tabby.
